Azure Latch Password & Terminal: Project Kyra ARG Explained
The Terminal Mystery
If you’ve seen “input password” prompts, a computer terminal in the lobby, or the phrase Project Kyra — that’s Azure Latch’s ARG (alternate reality game) layer: a developer-made puzzle threaded through the game and its community channels. Searches for the password, the terminal and Project Kyra all broke out together this quarter, which is exactly how ARG waves look.
What We Can Verify
- The game contains a terminal/computer interface that accepts password input — the puzzle surface.
- Project Kyra is the community’s name for the ARG storyline, and it spiked alongside the karasu/otoya update cycle.
- Passwords are distributed as puzzle solutions, not as reward codes: clues have surfaced through the official Discord and in-game hints. The official Trello documents game systems but deliberately not ARG answers.
Password vs. Code — Don’t Confuse Them
The terminal password is not redeemed in the Rewards tab. If you’re just after free Style Coins and Cash, you want the codes page — every working reward code lives there. The terminal accepts only its own puzzle solutions and grants story progression/cosmetic payoffs, not currency.
Following the ARG
ARG beats move fast and passwords rotate as chapters resolve. The reliable trail: the announcements and community-puzzle channels in the official Discord, plus r/AzureLatch threads reconstructing solved chains. We update this page as chapters are publicly confirmed — treat any site listing “the password” as already stale by the time it ranks.
